Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at milo@needledroptees.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll send you return instructions along with a free return label. Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days. If we made a mistake (wrong or defective item), contact us instead, that's handled differently and never at your cost.
